Charles Odell Charles Odell
CEO/Executive Director
MSW, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS). Mr. Odell is responsible for Dilworth Center’s administration and clinical program development. He has worked in chemical dependency treatment for over 25 years, specializing in treatment for adults, young adults, adolescents and families. Mr. Odell has been with the Dilworth Center since 1995.
Christopher Lord Christopher Lord
Medical Director
MD, Dr. Lord is Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with added certification in the sub-specialties of addiction and forensic psychiatry. He is responsible for the Dilworth Center’s medical supervision. Dr. Lord is also responsible for providing psychiatric assessments for each Dilworth Center patient. He has been with the Dilworth Center since 2008.
Tammy Hanson Tammy Hanson
Director of Clinical Services
MSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), & Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). Ms. Hanson is responsible for the Dilworth Center’s clinical direction, adult & adolescent family and patient caseloads, assessments, patient education and group therapy facilitation. She has worked in the field of chemical dependency for over 13 years, specializing in the treatment of young adults, adolescents and families. Ms. Hanson has been with the Dilworth Center since 2001.
Margaret Larrea Margaret Larrea
Director Community Outreach and Development
BA, Ms. Larrea is responsible for Dilworth Center’s community outreach and development activities, including enhancing the accessibility of our treatment services for potential patients and their referral sources. She is the former Outreach Services Representative for Caron Treatment Centers and past Director of Graduate and Undergraduate admissions at Queens University. Ms. Larrea has worked in chemical dependency treatment for over 20 years. She has been with the Dilworth Center since 2007.
Angie Leckie Angie Leckie
Controller
Ms. Leckie is responsible for the accounting operations of the Dilworth Center. This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records system, a comprehensive set of controls, and budgets designed to mitigate risk. Her duties enhance the accuracy of the Dilworth Center’s reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Ms. Leckie has been with the Dilworths Center since 2005.
Will Rauddi Will Rauddi
Data & Information Manager
Mr. Rauddi is responsible for automated data collection management, analysis and maintenance of web- based survey system. He is in charge of IT- based solutions, and assists employees in computer training. Mr. Rauddi has been with the Dilworth Center, since 2013.
Christina Melber Christina Melber
Clinical Case Coordinator II
BA, Ms. Melber is responsible for case management, intake coordination, and community referrals. She is also responsible for administrative operations and serves as assistant to the CEO. Ms. Melber has worked in addictions treatment for over 25 years. She has been with the Dilworth Center since it was founded in 1990.
Amy Catchpole Amy Catchpole
Clinical Case Coordinator I
BA, Ms. Catchpole is responsible for patient admissions, intake communications and office coordination. She is also responsible for administrative operations. Ms. Catchpole has been with the Dilworth Center since 2013.

Mr. Mawn is responsible for patient admissions, intake communications and office coordination. He is also responsible for administrative operations. Mr. Mawn has been with the Dilworth Center since 2013.
Corinne Freer Corinne Freer
Medical Services Coordinator
Ms. Freer is responsible for medical records management and quality assurance coordination. She has been with the Dilworth Center since 2013.
Justine Gleason Justine Gleason
Laboratory Scientist
BS, Ms. Gleason is responsible for on-site laboratory management. Ms. Gleason is also responsible for operating the internal high complexity clinical chemistry analyzer. She has been with the Dilworth Center since 2014.
Cori Trotman Cori Trotman
Counselor II
BA, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). Mr. Trotman is responsible for adult and adolescent patient caseloads, patient education and group therapy facilitation. He has worked in chemical dependency treatment for over 20 years, specializing in the treatment of adults, young adults, adolescents and families. Mr. Trotman has been with the Dilworth Center since 1997.
Nancy Willis Nancy Willis
Counselor I
MA Ed., Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS). Ms. Willis is responsible for adult patient caseloads, patient education and group therapy facilitation. She also conducts intakes and admissions. She has worked in the field of chemical dependency treatment for over 25 years. Ms. Willis has been with the Dilworth Center since 2012.

BA, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). Ms. Frederick is responsible for adult and adolescent family caseloads, patient education, and group facilitation. She has worked in chemical dependency treatment since 2003, specializing in working with families. Ms. Frederick has been with the Dilworth Center since 2003.
Vanessa Hosein Vanessa Hosein

MA, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS). Ms. Hosein is responsible for adult and adolescent assessments, group therapy facilitation, patient education and CARF Quality Assurance. Ms. Hosein has been with the Dilworth Center since 2011.

He has worked in the chemical dependency treatment for eight years, specializing in the treatment of adult men. Mr. Nichols has been with the Dilworth Center since 2013.

M.Ed., Ms. Thornton is responsible for the Dilworth Kids program for children, adult family and patient caseloads, patient education and group facilitation. She has worked in chemical dependency treatment since 1998, specializing in working with adults, families and young children. Ms. Thornton has been with the Dilworth Center since 1999.

Treatment Facilitator
BA, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA). Ms. Tadlock is responsible for adult and adolescent assessments, adolescent patient and family caseloads, patient and family education and group therapy facilitation. She has worked in chemical dependency treatment since 2011, specializing in the treatment of families. Ms. Tadlock is currently a Masters Candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has been with the Dilworth Center since 2011.

She has worked in chemical dependency treatment since 2011, specializing in the treatment of adolescents and families. Ms. Thomas has been with the Dilworth Center since 2012.

Ms. Schweitzer has served and an intern and now works as a clinical assistant to the treatment team.
